What a disappointment.

I believe this is a 15mm disc while most are 9mm or smaller. You will find it difficult to install this drive on any device (laptop, hard drive enclosure and even small form factor PC). The cost of the hard drive was cheap, so I thought it was a good investment. Since it definitely didn't fit, I already had it, so I bought it specifically for this drive. When the new case finally arrived, I installed the drive and found that it didn't even work. I sent it back for a refund and bought a thin 7mm

Bought 10 drives from Aeon Micro Inc. All have been used. They ran for 6 years. See SMART information. I am absolutely dissatisfied. Be careful when buying used company drives. Although they are advertised as new. can't be true

Works on my R710 on computers and accessories

I have a DELL R710 that already has three 15K SAS drives and I need more storage space that shouldn't be as fast. With five bays available, I ordered (5) one 2.5" SAS/SATA hard drive tray for a Dell G176J PowerEdge R710 T410 T610 T710 R815 and then ordered five of these drives. Seagate Constellation Series hard drives are business drives. Differs from consumer drives in firmware and much higher reliability. In addition, these drives are persistently compatible with all RAID levels on virtually any system. I use them in QNAP NAS boxes. These aren't the highest-capacity drives in the line (they have 2GB 3.5-inch drives), but the smaller drives have a lot more room to cool when installed in sealed NAS enclosures. Definitely NOT new and has SMART bugs!

I ordered 2 disks, one has more than 54000 hours and a bunch of SMART errors. The other has over 24,000 hours. This one was more expensive so I was hoping for the best but this is another fake Revain product description.
