Edit: Anker's customer service was fantastic when it came to solving my initial problems with this product. They went above and beyond to make me a completely satisfied customer and in the end the company's level of care must be recognised. My initial complaints about this device still stand, I see it as an Airpod Pro alternative without active noise cancellation. If like me your primary focus is on superior sound quality I would highly recommend the Anker Soundcore Pro 2, they outperform some of the most comfortable and best sounding wireless headphones in the price range and they absolutely stay in your ears and fit very well. Overall, I am very "furry" from these devices. There are many tips for placing headphones, but none of them work properly. The sound quality is good, but far from incredible. The case is a bit bulky, and there are some problems when connecting individual headphones. I've had the best experiences with true wireless headphones that are half the price. These headphones in no way sound or feel like a $100 product. The packaging they came in was well made and looked premium, but that's where the VIP experience ends. App support is average and mostly just for adjusting the equalizer. If I were in the market again, I would turn them down. They don't fit and don't sound as good as some of the cheaper offerings. They really do look like an Apple product. So if you want to pay Apple taxes for non-Apple products, is this for you?
