The ease of use for booking appointments! It's like having an employee in each location that knows what time everyone needs picked up or dropped off. Customer service has been great as well when we have questions about our account. Nothing really but I do wish there was some way to see how many people are using my account. That would be helpful if not only myself were able to access this information. There are no other cons. This product is extremely user friendly and makes keeping track of clients even easier than before. Before we used another system we had to keep client files on file cards which worked ok but could get confusing when things got busy. Now everything is online and synced across multiple locations.
