So far I'm giving this unit one star after spending a day installing it. First, the solar panel connectors and battery cables must be routed through a tortuous 90-degree bend in the tight space at the bottom of the unit. Why not rotate the connectors 90 degrees so the wires go straight into the block from the back? The connectors themselves are not suitable for wire grabbing due to the movement required during installation. It may be better to install the device with the wires coming from the base. Second, the connector that runs the wires from the battery voltage sensor wire clogs the device case. The only way to fit the front to the box is to cut out some plastic. So, it is only after installing this device that little attention seems to have been paid to the design. I hope that the device performs better. I will update this review when I have some experience with the charge controller. The app works on the iPhone, but I can't change the temperature display from C to F so far. Now that I've played around with the two apps a bit, I can say that there are fewer of them, that they are less than useless. It is not possible to change the settings according to your system configuration, they are kept as default. With the 4G app I found that it is not even possible to register my system in the app. Since one of the reasons for purchasing this particular system was the ability to read the system status on my iPhone, it turned out to be a waste of money.
