I think this suitcase is designed more for travel, but it can serve as a storage box at home if you don't have too many things. You decide what to put in it. There are some storage compartments and pockets inside the case. Some are small, some are segmented, and some are spacious. They are versatile enough to provide organizational flexibility for your manicure supplies. You can use them however you like. The grid at the bottom of the case is designed for standard bottles with standard paint. You can accommodate larger bottles by placing them in each square. Some people might think this is a design flaw, but I think a mesh wall design that doesn't reach the bottom of the case is better. Due to the basic design of the polish bottle, the bottom half of the bottle (with the cap) is always larger. The grate provides spatial organization and leaves the bottom open enough to accommodate bottles of a variety of designs. Yes, bottles can slip under the grate, but this usually happens when 1) there is clearance in the mesh to allow the bottle to move, and 2) the body has been shaken enough to allow the bottles to move. It's not perfect, but mostly functional. To be honest, this case is more for the traveling nail stylist than the professional nail stylist. An enthusiast doesn't need (or need) to have that many bottles of nail polish to fit in a suitcase. If you are an enthusiast who has to organize and store a large amount of manicure, nail polish, tools, etc., a more practical home organization storage system is recommended.
