Overall I still like the design and the quality of each component seems pretty decent. The problem is that when you get to the final step of joining the pieces of wood to the metal frame, they just don't fit together. And this isn't my first rodeo, I left all the screws pretty loose in the process hoping to get things straight, but in the end the two pairs of holes just didn't line up enough to screw on. My advice with hindsight: when you get to the last two steps, *don't* fasten the diagonal parts of the metal frame between the two sides of the table. Install the wood panels first, then screw the diagonal pieces of the frame to the center wood panel and *last* screw the diagonal pieces to the rest of the frame. This will save you a lot of frustration.
