I liked most that everything can be done from one place - not having multiple tools or applications needed! Also being able to see what users have access too which allows me know who needs training where they are lacking knowledge when troubleshooting issues with our clients computers etc..

There were some things we couldnt figure out how t fix but thats ok because there's always something new coming up so you just keep learning!! We're solving problems related to client computer support at my work now since using this software has helped us solve many challenges such as helping find files quickly without needing more than 1 person working together plus giving them time off if needeD.
