I love this pan! It has a straight, very straight edge, and that edge is built to withstand heavy use. I hate using shovels in general. They always leave a small trail of sand, crumbs, and dirty little nasty things that are almost, if not completely, impossible to remove with a brush and dustpan. And then you have to run after a damp cloth and try to get everything. That makes sweeping a real pain. But this pan has a nice straight edge and you can sweep up all the moisture. In addition, the pan is really light. The handle is designed to be very easy to hang. This will likely help keep the edge straight. While this Edge looks pretty thick and durable, I have a hard time imagining how it flexes. Oh yeah, that sticker? It's an ugly little son of a bitch. I tried peeling it off with my nails but it was too tight. So I turned on the blow dryer on high heat and heated the back of the pan behind the sticker that is in front and it worked like magic except for one spot where I kept the blow dryer for too long. This stain left a thin film of sticky mucus. But one person said the glue can be removed with rubbing alcohol. So I sprayed alcohol on the rest of the decal. Suddenly, instead of that sticky sandpaper, all the goo rolled up into a little ball that was very easy to remove.
