Let me start by saying that some of these are absolutely adorable! I bought these so I had plenty of choices for my up coming wedding for my septum. I didn't try to wear any of them in the time before my wedding, maybe I should have. Anyway I put in the really cute gold one with rhinestones and it was perfect for the wedding. Fast forward a few days and I notice that my septum is kinda sore, should have took it out at this point. Then it progressed to being crusty. I noticed that the crusty was slightly tinted blue/green. At this point I realized that the ring had nickel in it and immediately changed it back to my titanium ring. A few days later and everything is fine and back to normal.I knew about my nickel allergy and I've never had any problems with wearing stainless steel in any of my other piercings but these sent my septum into a big reaction in just 3 days of constant wear. So if you are sensitive to nickel then avoid buying these or at least limit the time you wear them.
