My mother's 25 year old Moen Syringe broke and got stuck in the open position. It's good that I visited her when it happened. When I got there, I unscrewed the new head and screwed it onto the old hose. It only lasted 3 seconds. No tools were needed. It was perfect. I should have been glad the job only took 3 seconds, but what about a 2 hour drive home during rush hour? Mom tells me PT has never offered or attempted to replace the atomizer head. It was time for me to go. One way or another, the kit comes with a hose and a spray nozzle. Connecting the hose to the faucet is very easy. Simply push it in and snap the clamp onto the spray hose and faucet to prevent hose from loosening under heavy water pressure. By the way, the nebulizer works very simply and is ideal for older people with osteoarthritis in their hands and fingers. I only gave it 4 stars because it is plastic and not sold separately from the hose.
