Affordable/Great Secondary Cooler for Ryzen 5 3600

Bought this cooler when it was on sale for $21 and it turned out to be a great and quiet cooler. The cooler is compatible with both MSI B450 Tomahawk Max and Asus ROG Strix B450-F motherboards. However, if you are using the first DDR4 dimmer slot, you must first install RAM before installing the fan on the heatsink. Also of note, in case anyone is wondering, this cooler barely made it through my old Antec 300 medium tower case. Processor below 66C. This at up to 100% CPU utilization on all 12 threads in an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU at stock speed.
