Not what was expected.

I'm giving these three stars because these reckless people are so damn sneaky. The balloons themselves are good quality, but they smell really weird, like play dough or something. The balloons look transparent and look like they have these beautiful shimmery dots. Those are pathetic little scraps of paper in balloons. I ended up just using white. Outside and inside was a strange powder coating. He disagreed when he annoyed me. It was really bad on transparent balls with deceptive paper.
