After examining some interesting serving bowls, these made it into my chronicle. Intrigued by its design, I decided to study it more closely. Designed in the shape of a human stomach and filled to these 3 points, it shows the capacity of our stomach. So I bought it. It arrived the next day which was amazing... So a month later I can say I've never eaten too much. Pour it into the logo and voila. It makes me savor every bite because I know I can't get a second helping. In a month of use, I am happy to report that I have lost 5 pounds - just by controlling my portions. I can't take this to work so I fill it up and then transfer it to Tupperware food containers throughout the day. I love this item! Also a great gift idea.
