Great replacement for factory shocks on a 2014 GMC Sierra

Replaced the front shocks on my 2014 GMC Sierra SLT 4WD after the stock black factory shocks failed a second time. The dealer told me my original shocks were fine, but I could hear a pump-like noise when driving 5-45 mph on a washboard road or rough pavement. I have a 2.5" cross-country alignment kit and GMC will not honor the suspension warranty. When I finally bit the bullet and replaced, I immediately felt a striking difference. Replace the OEM with these Bilsteins and set it to the highest level, which adds about 1.75β€³ to the height and adds a 0.25β€³ coil spacer for full alignment, but also increases the travel above it and easy on the RC Alignment kit omitted. I removed my own strut assemblies and took them to a local body shop where they compressed my coils and replaced the shocks for $35 each which I think was worth it and then I reinstalled myself. I have $275 in my A-pillars and they feel really good. better.
