Excellent inexpensive replacement. Black, and I suppose you can paint to match, but it doesn't have the removable backing of some OEM mirrors (the painted part) so you'll probably be unhappy with tape and spray. The biggest complaint is that the mirror doesn't move smoothly throughout its range of motion. It twitches, so if you try to rotate the mirror slightly with the power button, it freezes and then usually misses where you wanted it to be. Sometimes it moves both up/down and left/right when adjusting, making positioning difficult. An OEM mirror, while 1.5x more expensive, would probably be a much better quality product in this regard. However, if engine smoothness is not your concern, then this is a great price for a worthy replacement.
