I am a triathlete and often travel to the surrounding lakes to practice open water swimming. It's always difficult to change and take off your wetsuit without getting beach sand everywhere. This wetsuit changing pad was a life saver! I can put on my wetsuit without getting sand on my feet. After I'm done, I can take off my wetsuit without sand getting inside. The mat also has a drawstring so after changing you can simply toss the wetsuit into the changing pad and tighten the pad. I also like this feature as I don't have to worry about putting on a wetsuit. The carpet is very easy to care for, very hard-wearing and dries quickly. I'm so glad I bought it, I'll never go to the lake without it. It also makes a great gift for a triathlete.
