As the cold weather approaches, I'm concerned that our newest teenage cat, Mocha, is fighting two older cats crammed together at home. In short, there are fights from time to time, but the reserved Mocha has turned into a love bug! Now she greets me in the morning with lots of spots on her cheeks and lets me pet her. Before accidentally hitting her twice on the back and then feeling her claws. This alone convinced me to continue treatment with Feliway. My kids and I joke that it's a cat drug, but seriously, Mocha was brought back to the shelter before we adopted her because she "attacked" her adoptive family. We gave her plenty of playing time and allowed her to limit close contacts. I never expected her to be "loved" like this about 3 days after I plugged in the Feliway. Now my kids call me into the TV room to show me that Mocha stretched out on her lap voluntarily. This was previously unknown. Thanks Feliway, now I believe.
