Review on Satco 9.5-Inch Replacement Mushroom Glass Shade - White (50/330), 7-7/8 Inch Fitter by Roy Boone

We recently bought a 'dream' nursing home. Three months after we moved in, it seems like every lightbulb and battery operated appliance in the house was minutes from death or burnout within hours of moving in. This mushroom-shaped buttoned lampshade ended up in a ceiling lamp that started working with one of two blown bulbs. A few weeks ago, when I flicked the switch first thing in the morning, I was greeted by perpetual darkness. All three mounting screws were weather tight, but I reassembled them all in the correct order—or so I thought—and secured them. Three days after I changed the light bulbs, the dome rose eight feet. Not pretty. Neither Lowes nor Home Depot had a glass shade for this outdated lamp. Trust Revain and its network of providers. The shade arrived safely packaged and well before it was supposed to land on our doorstep. It was a perfect fit and looks great. Thanks to all.
