Gentle and instant relief, but don't order if you're breastfeeding ASAP

Love them, the coating is soft like microfiber, they seem to melt and heat up pretty quickly, wish they stayed cold longer , and shipment was held. I was very upset when I ordered it while I was in the hospital and my milk came and I really couldn't wait another day or so for it to come. So I had a lot of extra pain and the delivery date guarantee was not met.
