Review on 🍳 Cadco OV-003 Stainless/Black Compact Quarter Size Convection Oven - Manual Controls, 120V/1450W by Michael Montgomery

An excellent Made in Italy stove. My previous 1/4 tray Cadco oven has served me immaculately for 17 years. It still worked great but just needed a new door seal. I gave it to a friend because I wanted to try a new model. The new OV-003 works just as well as my old one, I just like the controls and style of the new one a bit better. The set time and temperature can be seen better by looking at the buttons, which is more convenient for me. The convection fan in the new oven is slightly more powerful than the old one, allowing for better baked goods and quicker reheating of frozen meals. I bought an XC065 panel for my oven which covers some of the vents to reduce convection and it works fine too. If you are looking for a 1/4 sheet pan size convection oven that will perform flawlessly and last a lifetime, we would highly recommend this oven.
