🍳 Cadco OV-003 Stainless/Black Compact Quarter Size Convection Oven - Manual Controls, 120V/1450W Review

I want to know why the convection oven is so "noisy" during operation? I had an old convection oven from the same company and it was quiet.

This oven cooks snacks well. The fan is very noisy, like the oven fan is running at full blast while cooking. Sometimes the light does not go out even when the set temperature is reached. Also, this is the best toaster I've ever bought.

Oven size is smaller than we would like, but we make adjustments. Still beginning to test different recipes and adjust time and temperature, but so far so good. My American made china has lasted 33 years. I hope it lasts at least half the time. Trust my rating is 5 at the moment.

I use this oven in my small coffee shop and love everything about it except the 20(!) loud beeps at the end of the cooking cycle. The user manual doesn't seem to show an option to turn off the alarm, so it's a little crazy if you use it a lot. Cooking is even and it heats up quickly. The handles are easy to use and adjust, and the materials are durable.

Have only been using it for a few weeks but have used it for work and it works very well. Bakes evenly and quickly, and I love that it automatically shuts off when I'm multitasking (which I often do) so I don't have to worry about accidentally overeating. The only downside is that the crumbs get stuck under the oven door and it's difficult to clean without removing the door.

An excellent Made in Italy stove. My previous 1/4 tray Cadco oven has served me immaculately for 17 years. It still worked great but just needed a new door seal. I gave it to a friend because I wanted to try a new model. The new OV-003 works just as well as my old one, I just like the controls and style of the new one a bit better.
