We have cool pipes and sometimes they jam. I use the Roebic main line cleaner religiously and do so every 6-9 months along with other septic helpers. If I'm late for shopping, we get a replacement, if I follow the maintenance schedule exactly, there's no problem. I check the septic tank every now and then and it looks a lot better than it did 2 years ago when the previous owner didn't do any maintenance and the installers didn't adjust the filters properly. This now fits the healthy aquarium model and I will continue to use Roebic products. I'll let you know when we do a septic inspection next year.
