I've been using it for 15 years. Twice a year inspections without a single bad review. This tool is easier and faster than a toothpick. Very easy to get between the teeth. I use my hand to hold it and my hand to guide it. Interchangeable heads last a long time. Your hygienist will notice and appreciate the big difference in your gums. It's much simpler than a thread. I could never get my fingers to work in my mouth so finding this was a blessing.
