These glasses are comfortable and help with eye strain and blue light problems when the screen (laptop) is used for a long time. They don't block all blue light, but they do block some of it, and that seems useful. They have no magnification and do not help with either myopia or hyperopia. They are also light. These aren't the prettiest glasses I've ever worn, but I bought them for function, not fashion, and they work and honestly look great (I'm not at all embarrassed to wear them to sleep) . video conferencing etc. and I even got compliments for it). They come with a case, lens cloth, and a weird little 'test light'.
