Very satisfied with the device. The kit included everything you need for installation using traditional under sink plumbing. The instructions were well structured and clearly written. There are no problems or leaks. The city water here tastes terrible and my wife is addicted to bottled water. The water from this device tastes great and we no longer buy bottled water. The dispenser is a metal structure and has a beautiful appearance. The chrome finish goes well with the highly polished stainless steel sink and new chrome faucet. I know others have different preferences, but this worked well for us. I also liked the bottom of the filter and the design of the filter element. It was oriental in installation and it will be easy for woman to change it. LAUGH OUT LOUD
