Review on Schlage Antique Brass Pocket Artisan Sliding Door Lock, 2-1/4 x 1-3/4 Inches, Privacy by Eric Weber

Our home was built over 20 years ago and things like door hardware are starting to show their age. I have a pocket door leading to the bathroom and wanted to replace the tarnished hardware to match the rest of the hardware. I didn't find any manufacturer markings on the old one, but the measurements given in the description seemed close to me and the picture looked very similar to the one already installed. I was delighted to receive the unit and found it to be a truly perfect replacement for a 23 year old unit which made installation a breeze. I literally straightened it and screwed it into the existing holes. As expected, the finish matched the antique brass of the other door handles (also Schlage) perfectly. This device seems to be as well made as the old one and in general I am very satisfied.
