The simplicity in which it works and the ease of creating multiple accounts with different categories! There are tons of features that I haven't used but they look promising. The only thing that could make it better would be if it was mobile friendly so that my clients could also login to post reviews. There's a limit to how many stars you can add to a review. This may seem like a small problem but as soon as you start using this service this becomes an annoying problem. We realized that we didn't have enough reviews in order to get a 4-star rating. Using this service, we were able to increase our number of reviews and now we have enough reviews to be rated four stars.
