So these suction great to our quartz countertop and our wood tabletop but there is zero suction on the plastic high chair tray or his plastic camping chair tray. Precisely where I need there to be suctioning. The lid is super tight and can be difficult to get off as well. I don't particularly mind this but my mother watches my baby while I'm at work and she struggles if I put the top on and works it off with a butter knife.
