Just a slightly strange landing
The length of the pants seems to be on par and the fit is exactly what you would expect from a pair of straight jeans. But the waist seems larger than it should be. The waist hangs loose, but the pants don't fall down because everything is tight. My son doesn't seem to hate them any more than any pair of pants so I'm fine with that. they are just weird
