I am satisfied with the scanner - the only negative is described in the shortcomings, but it is solved.
I took old family photos for digitization - I've already scanned several hundred - I'm satisfied with the quality.
As an example, in the photo - the cover of the book, scanned as a picture and as a pdf - highlighted the text on it.

Pros

Fast Scan. Convenient auto-scan button. Possibility to put several photos side by side and scanning will create separate files. The program in the kit has enough basic functions for most tasks. Including the automatic creation of pdf-files with recognized text - that is, you can scan a document and then calmly copy the text from it (depending on the document, the percentage of recognition varies, but in general 95-100% ).

Cons

When connected via a USB hub together with other devices, connection / scanning errors sometimes fly out - perhaps there is not enough power. It is better to connect directly to the USB port of the computer.

Pros below: Simply plugs in, simple scan settings. Its cons: It does not work from a USB hub, only directly, occupying a port in the computer, since there is no other power in the device.
