I like that it's easy to use and very intuitive. The interface is simple, clean and easy to understand. As well as being able to view the employee salary information in one place, I love that this program has integrated payroll, which means that all of my employees' paychecks are automatically processed and deposited into our accounts. I dislike that it sometimes requires a restart to load some pages or that it can take awhile to load when you first open it. It also doesn't allow you to have more than 12 employees. It's very helpful because we now have access to an accurate salary range for each member of our staff.
