I got this for climbing, but never used it for that. So now he will be there to walk and train my new dog. First thing I did was replace the elastic cord with a paracord outer sleeve, it works much better now. I didn't know about the inside pocket so it's an extra place to keep a few extra dog litter bags in the chalk area where I keep treats. External mesh pocket keeps leash conveniently folded. The fabric bag holds about 10 dog waste bags. (Remember I have a few extra in my inside pocket). The back pocket is still open. The water bottle holder is good but not sure I will use it. Good product even if used for other reasons.
