Didn't help me. for my opinion

Came as ordered, were recommended by my podiatrist who said "about $10.00." They were more than that by $7.00. They shipped promptly and fit, but provide me little relief and are already getting flat. For some, they may work, but not me.

Pros

The gel difference - tuligel is exclusively formulated to be lighter, softer, and more resilient than other gels. Softer gel means better shock absorption and increased comfort with or without socks. It's so light, you're likely to forget It's there

Cons

Could require a break-in period for full effectiveness
