First of all - ZERO customer service! Buying the right amount of energy seems to be crucial. It's easy to get a cylinder with too much or too little stroke. I followed the size description when I bought it and the price was right, maybe a little better than other brands. I was disappointed at first and almost sent them back because the instructions indicated I needed more space than our bed. I've tried several times to contact the company but haven't received a reply. I really wanted the bed lift feature for a trip we were taking and gave it a crossed thumbs anyway. That works great! It took a few resets on one side to get the bed to the top position, but it raises and closes exactly as I had hoped. My wife and I appreciate the improved access to under bed storage. One can easily earn 5 stars across the board by improving instructions and customer service access.
