I have had another hammock chair for over a year that I love yet it has a low back so didn’t support my head and neck. I have been wanting this one for a bit but had a hard time spending that much money for it. I finally bit the bullet and bought it for myself for my birthday. It is definitely better when it comes to back support but the little pillow is up too high for me and it is not adjustable. (I am 5ft 1”) So it is totally unusable. I just have to flip it behind the chair as it won’t even detach. That is quite disappointing as in order to have the neck support I need (which is why I bought it in the first place) I will have to spend even more money and buy another pillow to use. Also, I ordered it in red - my favorite color - but the back has black grease type stains on both sides. Very unsightly. I wasted quite a bit of time and effort trying everything I could think of to clean them off but they are permanent stains. This is not worth the money especially considering it’s not even in new shape with the black stains. I’m disappointed. Trying to decide if I should return it or keep it even with the stains and spend even more money on a proper neck pillow. I would hope they would give me a credit or refund or something, but I doubt they would and I don’t even know how to ask. Frustrated….
