Overall happy. It's very hard to find a window sill that fits my daughter's window, the pane is only 16" wide which is perfect. The cats love it.The suction has held up so far - daughter put it together 12 year old as she kept missing the instructions and didn't soak the cups first.One week has passed - corrected twice and still good.The cats are about 7 months old so both are 20lbs max and haven't fallen out of windows.As per other reviews the top bowl/bed can slide off if you don't zip up the metal bar.There are two black loops under that bed that can be attached to the mental frame but that's not what the metal frame slides on, they're just there to take two zip ties to attach it to the metal to attach the oil frame. Complaint - it works, but at a higher price than others (pay more too if you just put a window that small), I wish the mental bar actually went through the black loops. One more small wish, but not too important: the velvet material could be thicker for more comfort, but I'm not the type to lie down, so it could be fine 😊
