Review on msg.ai by John Rocha

I like how easy it was setup in our ticket system (Zendesk). It took about 20 minutes once we had all required information from their website/support doc set up correctly but this shouldn't be too hard if you have some experience using ZENDESK or other similar products already! We were able solve tickets quickly without having any knowledge at first as well which saved us lots of money over what would've been spent training more people internally - just by creating rules via API calls within zendsketch itself there are no limits really so can do anything fairly simply given enough resources :) I like how fast it responds when you send in tickets because its really easy to use as well! It sometimes gets glitchy but thats not always my fault or their faults either so dont get discouraged if this happens just keep trying until your satisfied. Its good for small businesses who need help very quickly without having to wait days on end for responses from other programs/companies.
