Yes, these 3157 LED lights work in our 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dual. 3157 OEM PLUG & PLAY right out of the box, no BS, no extra attachments, no extra canbus, no extra resistors, no extras. Yes they are bright white in daylight like an extra headlight and when you turn the turn signal on it starts flashing bright amber and then goes back to bright white in daylight when the turn signal is turned off again. Yes, they are working very well so far. I haven't posted comments in the warmth or thickness fields because I don't really understand what they meant by those questions, but I'll give it a try, warmth = a nice light amber and a nice light day white. Thickness = OEM 3157 plug and no thicker than the OEM bulb, just a bit longer and the housing is like a hole saw drill bit but fits the stock OEM headlight easily and does not interfere with the chrome cap in the headlight housing for the curve signal. Also, I'll leave it to you, all Phinlion LED lights work on our 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 MegaCab 4x4 Dual. Bless you all!
