It worked for my Dell 7390

I bought this as a replacement card that I had damaged on my Dell 7390 laptop. It worked great and there was no software to install. Installation was easy, removing only the screws on the base plate and one screw on the unit itself. Stick it in the slot and snap the two wires together and you're done.
