They can't tell you that the device is NOT REALLY compatible with the case. It comes with a metal ring that needs to be glued to the back of the case so the phone is magnetically attracted. I have a super thin case back and it won't hold up without this metal ring. There are NO instructions for this. NONE! If you have someone in your family who uses your car, they're out of luck if they want to use it unless they remove their cover. Very disappointed that I have to have this super ugly metal ring on the back of my case.
