Beautiful and sharp for the kitchen and dining room

I like the length of the blade, it's relatively short at 2 inches. I was looking for a very short blade to remove bad spots from yams and potatoes. This blade does the job, although a shorter blade would be better. It's very sharp and easy to use, but it's very light and doesn't feel very strong, but it's good value for money! I use it often.
