I purchased this unit a year ago (January 27, 2018; before the Super Bowl) to make Big Game Hummus. I've used it to grate cheese on and off throughout the year. Yesterday it spun for a few minutes with cooked chickpeas and then when I added tahini it stopped working. The device is no longer supplied with power. Sad. It's crazy, boys. There is no reset button, I don't know how to revive this machine. I don't use my food processor often, but three times it seems like it should get the job done. I will definitely find another manufacturer to replace it. Update: Hamilton Beach refused to honor the guarantee. It's time to throw that $35 POS in the trash. Anyone want my awesome accessories or bowl?
