Review on Kichler 310112DBK 54 Inch Distressed Black by Angela King

I've had this fan for about 5 years now. It was installed in the outer pavilion. We live right on the water, so it's been exposed to salty air since installation. He worked like a champ the whole time. I forgot to tie it down during our last hurricane and a strong wind blew it around like a top and eventually the blades touched the arbor and one of the blades broke. I've been trying to contact the manufacturer for 3 days. Waited 25, 15, 10 minutes before giving up and hanging up. I wrote my number in the callback log, they never called me back. Eventually I chose the "commercial installer" option and finally someone answered. When I told them what I needed they said they had to direct me to customer service. After the transfer I waited 25 minutes and finally hung up. If they are closed due to the pandemic, they may need to disable their hold and callback queuing features. I just need to send money to replace the fan blades. Please. take my money
