These blue light blocking glasses are a must-have for anyone who spends long hours staring at their computer SCREEN. As my tests showed, they significantly reduce the amount of eyestrain I experience and help me sleep better at night. The reflective microfiber also makes them resistant to scratches and unbreakable .The only downside is that they're a bit heavier than I expected, but it's a small sacrifice for such a great product.
