I enjoy my relationship with our Account Director Stephanie - she's always quick with her insights from her extensive experience at different agencies. At times it also feels like we're working through separate streams rather than having collaborative conversations together as would be ideal. If you value quality work that takes into account multiple perspectives this isn't your agency! We had limited budget needs so wanted a small firm but got what amounted to a start up feel which was fine; they are a young team (2 people) who've only been there about 18 months though have great ideas which will grow organically along time. They handle many client groups well e.g HR/Recruitment/Lifesciences etc. Our primary focus areas relate to sustainability topics hence why we chose them out of 200 responses given by 3 firms across all PR disciplines i.e Social Media + I like that they are very personable with their clients; it's easy working together as we have similar goals/values! They're open minded about new ideas & always willing try out something different if you ask them nicely :) Sometimes there might be delays when requesting quotes - but not much too worry about this issue because once approved everything gets done pretty quickly (if given enough time). If your looking at using BMG then just go ahead!! You won't regret choosing these guys over others.
