The ability that it gave me was excellent! It enabled my team members who are out-of town employees could easily respond back from any place where they were located with very little lag time or trouble at all even when we have users around different locations globally (i am talking 5 continents). What I disliked most is its interface which i found too complicated compared to other competitors like JotSpot etc. As long as everything works fine then there's nothing much wrong here otherwise let down by such poor service quality offered so cheaply yet expensively priced. We used CRM system called Customer Relationship Manager which enables us track our customers/clients activities across various channels including emails / sms alerts; social media platforms & calls made through live agents using Interactive Voice Response technology along side chat messaging features allowing them receive automated messages via email notifications if needed without.
