Fantastic customer service plus an awesome system for tracking/monitoring progress

I am very happy with how easy it is! The software makes everything so simple that there are no issues at all when using this product or any other one like them out their (it's really great!). They have been able help me solve my problems without having too many complaints from customers who were dissatisfied by what they had done wrong because now we know exactly where our strengths lie as well!! Great tool but expensive price for not worth services provided

The ability that it gave me was excellent! It enabled my team members who are out-of town employees could easily respond back from any place where they were located with very little lag time or trouble at all even when we have users around different locations globally (i am talking 5 continents). What I disliked most is its interface which i found too complicated compared to other competitors like JotSpot etc. As long as everything works fine then there's nothing much wrong here otherwise let…
