This item did NOT fit my steering wheel! Then I noticed a warning about a possible carcinogen that the state of California says was used in the manufacture of the case! I received an email saying I am eligible for a product refund. That notification came pretty quickly. I repackaged the item and when I went to the local post office was told I would have to pay the postage to return the item. This will never happen given the nature of the potential hazard! I need a response asap if your office sends me a returns form to include in my package for a possible return. Finally, I feel it is necessary to notify the Massachusetts Secretary of State's office to inform them of the nature of the products you are having sent through your system. I am sure that consumer protection workers will be most concerned about the potential health hazard this product may pose to the citizens of this Commonwealth. I await your immediate attention on this matter. I will be escalating this issue again to the card company Visa and Bank of America who are billed for this product.
