The first one I got, I think it's DOA because it had a short in one of the wires. I had to bend the cables to check the power supply. I had to send the first one back and order a second one. The wires seem very stiff and I am wondering why they have failed or shorted. Virtually no quality control. The packaging is really tight for the application. Otherwise, I would recommend the work of the PSU for a budget fitment or replacing a store bought piece. EDIT: The second block I received was in the same condition. I suspect a fuse in the power supply has blown. (Out of 3 power supplies, this one showed this symptom). It seemed to happen on every power cycle from the I/O switch or when unplugged from the mains. I had to remove and reinstall the +4 pin from the 24 pin header just to get the motherboard to power up.) From there everything worked as usual. I've had some issues with game crashes and BSODs, but I still need to run some tests to confirm it's the PSU.
