I bought this key fob to replace a very worn original Chevy. It wasn't hard to replace, I watched a YouTube video on how to put the "Original Key and Chip" in a new key fob. But when I put everything back together and tried it on my car, everything worked except for the "unlock button". I then took it apart and reassembled it 3 times to make sure I put it back together correctly and everything is as it should be. So I didn't do anything wrong. Then I noticed that the inside of the new key fob has a different shape for the buttons (from the inside). It looks like the plastic/rubber under the unlock button on the fob is shaped differently and not long enough to reach the unlock button on the chip. That's why it didn't work for me.
